This industry-recognised programme focuses on gaining the introductory skills and experience needed to work in the viticulture industry with an emphasis on safe work practices.
You will learn practical tasks to gain an entry-level role in the viticulture industry and skills and knowledge to contribute safely and effectively in the workplace.
This qualification complements our New Zealand Certificate in Cellar Operations (Level 3) and will give you an understanding of the practices and skills involved in both viticulture and winemaking.
