This course introduces students to the underpinning theories, methods, methodologies, aims, ethics and techniques involved in social research. As part of this course, students will develop an understanding of social research and its application by examining and analysing relevant research examples. Students will develop skills in these areas through analysing current research examples and locating and interpreting research data through the process of literature review.
