You can submit a concern or complaint to us online if you are dissatisfied with the level of service we have provided or if we haven’t done what we said we would.
Before you start
A good first step is to consider whether taking informal steps to resolve the problem you face would help. You can do this by speaking with your Learner Support team, SANITI, or by submitting your feedback to NMIT.
