Pink Ribbon breakfast, Nelson - 'Grab & Go' morning tea
To celebrate Pink Ribbon month and raise funds for breast cancer awareness, our awesome cookery students are planning another of their popular 'Grab & Go' events for NMIT learners and kaimahi.
On Thursday 28 May, they will be offering bite-sized morning tea delights in a prepacked box - both savoury and sweet treats for 2 people, from the cabinet.
When: from 11:30am until sold out (1pm latest)
Where: Entrance to T Block, Nelson campus
Cost per box: $15.
Each pre-made box will contain x2*:
Savoury:
- Salmon gravlax, dill cream cheese on blini
- Gougères with smoked chicken mousse
- Walnut biscotti with blue cheese mousse
- Mini bagel with beef pastrami, gruyere and pickles
- Japanese cheesecake and berry entremont
Sweet:
- Mini Paris-Brest
- Mini lemon tart
- Chocolate truffles
- Pear and frangipani tart
- Some additional extras!
