Event FAQ
For any enquiries, please email the team at events@nmit.ac.nz
If you have booked guest tickets for the NMIT Graduation Ceremony, you should have received a confirmation email with your ticket details from Humantix. This email includes a QR code for entry.
If you have booked tickets but cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at events@nmit.ac.nz before the ceremony, and we can resend them to you.
What to do on the day
Please show your confirmation email (with QR code) at the entrance.
- You can present it on your phone or bring a printed copy
If you need special assistance, please look for a NMIT staff member to help you, or come to the reception desk, and we will be happy to support your questions.
How does my ticket work?
- Select View ticket to see it, and to share it with other guests by email
- Select Manage order to cancel any additional guest tickets if you no longer need them
- There are also options to add it to your phone wallet or to your calendar
If you or your guests have special needs that require specific access or seating arrangements, we will be happy to accommodate them to the best of our ability. There will be reserved seating, and our ushers will assist you on the day.
However, if you are attending with a large group and wish to be seated together, please email events@nmit.ac.nz so we can try to accommodate your request.
If you have a young child or infant attending, please book a guest ticket for them if they will require their own seat. This will give us the best understanding of the event's numbers.
If you need to adjust your guest count, for example, or if you’ve ordered tickets but can no longer attend the ceremony, please use the manage tickets option in your ticket email or contact events@nmit.ac.nz so we can reallocate your tickets to other guests.
If you need more tickets, please create a separate order for the additional tickets you require.
