IBS803 International Strategic Management

The course aims to equip students to analyse the international environment, the development of strategies to enable international development and growth, and the process to determine the quality and progress of strategic initiatives.
Students will undertake self-directed research into the strategic development of products and/or services and how such products and/or services fit into the identified environment.
