As someone who loves a challenge - both physical and mental, Jay Scott-Morris is revelling in the great facilities and resources at NMIT.
Jay studied sport and recreation at AUT and has worked for ten years in various roles throughout the health and fitness sector. He believes challenging your brain and body are essential activities for a well-balanced and healthy outlook on life.
Jay is passionate about wellbeing and as a tutor in sport and exercise at NMIT he is excited to connect with like-minded people as he supports students with their learning.
“NMIT is the perfect size to allow a flexible teaching and learning environment, with great facilities and resources,” he says.
He loves that teaching brings something new everyday and sets clear expectations for his students.
