As we head into the summer months, access to our NMIT sites and services will be changing. Have a read below to stay in the know about where and when you can access NMIT campuses during the summer months.

Annual closedown 

All campuses will be closed between 20 December and 5 January. During this time, you will not be able to access the spaces that are usually available to you via your swipe card. This includes after-hours spaces such as the Fishbowl and the A Block Computer Labs. During this time, access to support services and NMIT staff will not be available.

Nelson (M-block)

Now Closed for renovations. Reopening on Monday 12 January.

Marlborough library

Closed from 5-9 January.

Library summer hours

From 8 December until 23 January, the Library at Nelson Campus will be open Monday - Friday from 8.30 am – 4 pm. 

The Fishbowl Computer Café

Closed from 17 December to 5 January 

Reopens on the 6 January - Monday – Sunday: 7 am – 10 pm*
*Swipe ID access card required outside of campus hours
