Celebrating Italian cuisine, our Level 4 Cookery students are running a Grab n Go event! Choose from the menu below, reheat it at home!

• Baked chicken, spinach and ricotta cannelloni with Napoli sauce​
• Piedmontese gnocchi gratin with charred capsicum, tomato and basil, almond herb crumb​
• Gluten free pumpkin arancini on romesco sauce with grilled zucchini​
• Pappardelle with beef short rib ragù​
• Lasagne Bolognese​
• Creamy chicken with gnocchi (Pollo cremoso con gnocchi)​
• Baked beetroot gnocchi with Italian pork sausage, silverbeet and creamy pesto sauce​

• Orange almond cake w Chantilly cream, crèma Inglese and curd d’arancia​
• Warm chocolate fondant w crèma Inglese and praline ventaglio
