Dinner with histories most influential chefs

Prize winners and special guests enjoyed wine and food inspired by five of the worlds most influential chefs.

On 28 October 2015 NMIT hosted a special evening that explored the cuisine of 5 influential chefs.

A competition was run to give away four tables of four, to sit amongst our special guests, including the mayor, guests from local schools, local chefs and our winery sponsors - Waimea Estates and Mahana.

The hospitality and cookery students did a wonderful job, and everyone had a great time.
