Experience: Cellar Operations

Curious to see whether a job in Cellar Operations is for you?
Join us and find out!

We'll take you through how the local wine industry works and what you will need to learn before the vintage season starts to secure a job.

You’ll visit key areas at local wineries before returning to campus for a tour of NMIT’s leading wine facilities, which includes a cellar operations area.

Our tutors will take you through what you learn on the Cellar Operations programme and how this can fit with work and your lifestyle.

The day closes with a meet and greet with key people from local wineries who share insights into the day-to-day operations, and you can successfully work in a cellar vintage crew.
