To provide knowledge and skills to operate, supervise and monitor the safe operation and control of a simulation activity. The objective is to develop a sensitive instructor who fully understands the personality of the trainee, the importance of simulation in practical training, and pedagogy skill in order to impart sound and practical knowledge to the trainee.
