This course provides introductory level knowledge for people looking to work in the cellar operations area of the winemaking industry.
Students completing this course are able to provide an overview the winemaking process, demonstrate knowledge of quality management procedures used in wine production, and demonstrate knowledge of the management of waste and waste products in the winemaking process.
This course is practical and experiential with students having the opportunity to learn through engaging in realistic and authentic tasks.
