Advanced meat skills in Culinary Arts

Beautiful dishes were created by students from local pork.

Local business Raeward Fresh, hosted Level 5 Culinary Arts students on a field trip where they were introduced to a pig, born and raised in Rai Valley. She had a happy life.

 Students learnt techniques to use the meat well for bacon, hams, pork belly, sausages, roasts, braises, slowcooks and salads as well as put into practice food control plans.
