NMIT offers more than 90 programmes at certificate, diploma or degree level across a broad range of study areas. NMIT also offers a range of short courses, catering to both business and personal areas of interest.
If you are intending to apply for a student loan or a student allowance, please note that Studylink are advising students to get their 2014 applications in by 16 December 2013.
What if I am an international student?

What if I am still at secondary school?
For secondary school students, NMIT offers:
- Top of the South Trades Academy courses
- A range of STAR courses that give you a taste of possible career options
- A selection of Gateway options, which give you the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge in a local workplace and earn NCEA credits.

Some programmes are available at both the Nelson and Marlborough campuses, while others are location specific. You can find out more about NMIT's campuses here.
