Learn fundamental pattern-cutting skills and design, perfect for beginners or if you want to work in the clothing industry.

Start at any time throughout the year and learn how to draft and fit basic block patterns for yourself, using professional trade knowledge, simplified and made easy for all sewing applications. This course endorses slow fashion.

You'll create individually fitted block patterns, including a skirt, trousers, shirt and sleeve/basic t-shirt block, and learn the techniques to tailor this block pattern to any style you choose. Depending on your progress, this will be developed further over multiple classes, with additional styling and fashion design.

Let the fun of designing your personal wardrobe truly begin!

Check out the feedback from past students

"I have sewn for over 40 years, using store-bought patterns, often disappointed with the end result. These classes, which one can join, when requiring help on any project, have opened the doors for me to express myself my way while giving me loads of confidence and new skills. I would recommend to anyone, whether you have never sewn or always sewn."

"The pattern-making course is well-designed. It uses the close-knit class and Larissa's vast knowledge to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment. I only wish I could attend a class every week!"

"I'm amazed that I've actually learned to design my own clothes, and I
wasn't even a sewer when I signed up!"
