Whether you have done the Secrets of Thai Cuisine or the Fragrance of Thai Cuisine, take this course to learn more about Thai cooking.

Build on your knowledge of Thai food and cooking techniques.

In this course learn to make pad kra pao gai (basil chicken) and pad kee mao (drunken noodles).

Share a meal at the end of the class with your classmates.

Classes are held in the main kitchen, in T block off Nile Street.
