Complete Levels 1 and 2 and go on to the study the New Zealand Certificate in Tourism (Tourism and Travel) (Level 3),(external link) the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 3),(external link) Trainee Chef (Level 4)(external link) or even the Certificate in Superyacht Crewing.(external link)
