Take the lead and learn how to manage others
Learn about your leadership style so you can confidently manage others in hospitality on a shift. Learn what makes a good manager.
Following on from Level 3, you will be leading from the front.
Grow your creative skills through helping to develop themed dinners and beverages.
Learn about international beers and wines.
As part of this programme you will also complete the work required to apply for your Bar Managers' licence.
