Apply knowledge of mathematics and physics to the certification of aeronautical maintenance.

This is a stand alone Training Scheme. The content is part of the New Zealand Diploma in Aeronautical Maintenance Certification. You can apply for the whole diploma or successfully complete each separate Training Scheme.

By completing this training scheme you will develop and apply the knowledge required for CAA AME Licence Subject 1A, Mathematics and Physics.

You will cover:

  • Knowledge of mathematical principles
  • The principles of matter
  • The principles of mechanics, motion, and dynamics
  • The principles of thermodynamics, optics, and sound
