MARI3019 Emergency Procedures

In this course students will understand and be able to apply knowledge the processes involved in response to emergencies on a vessel including managing and providing first aid. They will be able to explain the principles of fire, and the processes of dealing with a fire on board a vessel. They will be able to be able to assist in the processes in the abandon ship procedures, use of radio in an emergency and sea survival techniques.
