A special issue of the journal of professional nursing looks ‘back to the future’, by asking a range of thought-leaders in nursing to reflect on some key articles in back issues.
NMIT Bachelor of Nursing tutors Kiri Hunter and Hemaima Hughes contributed to different articles on the philosophies which underlines nursing service and the development of Kawa Whakaruruhau (cultural safety) in nursing practice, both in Aotearoa New Zealand and globally.
Both tutors are “delighted to produce this as a testament to nurses and nursing”.
