Nelson Careers Roadshow

The annual Careers Roadshow was held at Nayland College, Waimea College and Nelson College, this year the roadshow was changed to include a stop over at Motueka High School. Which also included local businesses and other career opportunities other than study. NMIT has always been a strong presence at these roadshows and were kept very busy with questions about all of our courses over the 3 days. Current Students and Staff were on hand to answer programme specific questions and also discuss NMIT student life.

Competitions were run for students to win Drink Bottles, Keep Cups and the ever popular Hacky Sacks. The NMIT Team was thrilled at the level of participation from students interested in finding out more about what we have on offer.

These roadshows would not be possible without the help of the local team of Career Advisors who spend countless hours organising for all of the tertiary providers to attend.
