Located in Hardy Street, close to the Nelson Central Business District, NMIT has a range of world-class facilities and stunning green spaces. Our spaces are available for hire anytime except when timetabled for use by NMIT staff or students.
Some security and cleaning charges may apply for after-hours bookings.
NMIT offers a range of small meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 6 people.
Hire cost: From $70 (up to 4 hours), $142 (full day).
These meetings room have:

There are two purpose-built lecture theatres with tiered seating on our Nelson campus that can seat up to either 82 or 96 people.

NMIT has a large number of different teaching spaces available. Classroom capacities range from 15 – 40 people.

We may also be able to offer some spaces on our Richmond Campus outside of our Te Pūkenga NMIT teaching hours. Our Richmond Campus is situated at Lower Queen Street, Richmond.
