This course is for International students and Permanent Residents who wish to study over 4 weeks (or longer). The course can be studied either full-time or part-time (mornings only) according to your group's requirements. During the course you will develop your English abilities in reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary, grammar and functional English through theme work and take part in some activities outside of the classroom. This course is recommended both for students who wish to study towards communicative English for travel and for work, and for students who want to study towards future tertiary education in an English speaking country.

Full-time study schedule:
 Monday to Thursday 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm
 Friday   9am to 12pm

Part-time study schedule:
 Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm

Fee information:
International fee for full-time study:  $NZ 1,400
Domestic fee for full-time study:  $NZ 380 (subsidised by the New Zealand
Government)
International fee for part-time study:  $NZ 1,100
Domestic fee for part-time study:  $NZ 300 (subsidised by the New Zealand
Government)
