Application for Short Courses

1. Go to our online short course application form or download and print a PDF version. Please complete all sections of the form. 
2. Send us the completed form together with any required documents and your payment to:
   Student Services
   Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology
   Private Bag 19, Nelson, New Zealand
   Please note that we cannot guarantee you a place on the course until payment is received in full. We must receive your enrolment at least five working days prior to the course starting.
3. We process your enrolment and send you a receipted invoice and course information.
4. You start your studies!

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule short courses if insufficient enrolments are received. Click here for more information on refunds or withdrawals.
