    Open to Pacific Island, Maori, person with a disability, women, rural or ESOL (NZ resident) and studying full time towards a nationally recognised qualification at NMIT.

  • Nelson Marlborough Masonic Association

    Open to full time, full year students at NMIT showing good motivation and some degree of financial hardship.
    5 x $400 (2 for Marlborough and 3 for Nelson) - applications closing date 22 February 2011.

  • Kaiapa (Uncle) Jack Kohe

    Available to Ngati Koata students showing potential to excel in their chosen field/s of study. Previous achievement may be taken into consideration. The student will have been accepted onto the programme in the chosen field/s of study. Students should show participation in whanau, marae, and/or iwi based activities.

    Open to Students intending to study full time at NMIT on arts programmes of at least one year. Students will need to provide a portfolio with their application.

    Open to students studying full time at NMIT on a full year programme who resided on the West Coast the year leading up to their study.

    Available to all students accepted on the Supported Training Programme.
    Covers full course fees (Excluding Student Association fee) - apply prior to start date.
  • Nelson Federation of Graduate Women Grant

    Open to highly motivated 2nd or 3rd year female degree students who have been/are experiencing personal hardship.
    $1000 - applications closing date 22 February 2011.

  • Tasman Rugby Union

    NMIT is the official education provider of the Tasman Rugby Union and the TNL Rugby Academy. This scholarship is open to members of the Tasman Rugby Union and Tasman Rugby Academy wanting to study full time or part time at NMIT. Scholarship amount variable.   • Central Region Rowing Development Trust

    NMIT is the official education provider of the Central Region Rowing Develoment Trust. This scholarship is open to members of the Trust wanting to study full time or part time at NMIT. Scholarship amount variable. Applications close prior to semester start date. Conditions apply.
