Welding Skills
This is a basic introductory course to gas, electric arc, MIG and TIG welding with aluminium and steel. During the course you will learn and practice various welding techniques; however no projects as such will be undertaken. There will be no assessments, certificates issued or unit standards credited at the end of the course. Covered shoes are required and non-synthetic overalls or old clothing are recommended.
Day & Time: Mondays, 6.00pm – 8.00pm
Dates: Starts 18 June for 10 weeks

Computer Aided Design – Introduction to Solidworks
This course will provide students with the skills to draw in a three dimensional environment. On successful completion of this course, you’ll be able to prepare a three-dimensional CAD environment; create and modify a three-dimensional model, produce and print designs.
