Short Courses - Business and Computer Technology

Community computing allows you to learn new skills at a level and pace that suits you. You have total freedom, flexibility and control of your own study. Simply work through the material at your own pace and upskill in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Study can be at beginner or intermediate level.

A Community Computing Centre is located on the Marlborough Campus, and Computer Technology programmes are run by SUTI at the Richmond and Marlborough campuses.

> Course Information

You can choose your study sessions during the centres' opening hours. The centres are open five days a week. You will need to book the time with one of the receptionists at the Community Computing Centres. We recommend a maximum of 2 hours per session. See below for details of opening hours.

Where are the centres located?
Those interested in learning new computing skills should contact the centre in Blenheim. Online options are available for students in Nelson - contact Pauline.carson@nmit.ac.nz for more information.
