Education and Teaching Courses

NMIT offers training for teachers of adults and in Early Childhood Education.

The CPIT Diploma in Tertiary Learning and Teaching offers students teacher training and teaching methods specifically targeted towards those who are involved in adult teaching. More information about the programme can be found on the CPIT website here.

NMIT, in conjunction with the Open Polytechnic, offers two early childhood education courses. Study the Certificate in Early Childhood Practice or the Bachelor of Teaching for an excellent start towards further study in Early Childhood education, primary teaching, special education or other exciting fields.

Certificate in Early Childhood Practice (Level 4)
