The popular NZ Diploma in Business has now been redeveloped into a fully online programme, providing a very flexible way of learning. This nationally recognised qualification is made up of 12 courses (6 compulsory courses and 6 electives) and gives participants a practical introduction to the fundamentals of small business, marketing, management and other key business skills. This programme can create a pathway to the Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting, Management, and Marketing offered by NMIT.
First Line Management is a new online certificate which has been developed in consultation with industry and is perfect for people with no formal management qualifications who are managing or supervising staff. It offers 10 courses on a monthly rotation and covers things such as Workplace Operations, Workplace Relationships, Team Building, Training and Development, Organisational Principles and Performance Management.
